1. Refund Policy
Skillahead operates a strict no-refund policy once enrollment is confirmed and access to program materials or cohort sessions has been granted. We encourage all students to thoroughly review program details before commitment.
2. Certification Requirements
To receive an official certificate of completion, students must successfully complete and submit their final capstone project. Attendance alone does not qualify for certification; technical mastery must be demonstrated through practical application.
3. Safety & Security
Students are solely responsible for their safety and security at all times while on campus or during Skillahead events. Skillahead and its partners are not liable for any personal injury, loss of property, or unauthorized access to personal devices.
4. Liability Limitation
Skillahead provides elite technical training but does not accept liability for any financial loss, business failure, or technical errors resulting from the application of skills learned. Education is a tool, and its execution remains the responsibility of the student.
5. Rescheduling
Program dates and cohort starts can be rescheduled at the discretion of the management to ensure optimal learning environments. Students will be notified at least 72 hours in advance of any major schedule changes.
